"Yoga, meditation, chi-kung, bodywork, and Karma Moffett's Tibetan Bell Experience; the Growing Gratitude Retreat was a cornucopia of mindfulness practices - what an experience!" —Jan

"My gratitude goes out to Learning To Listen and its teachers for an amazing opportunity to be in nature, to further my practice of yoga, and to continue my growth of living a conscious and mindful life."
—Anonymous

"This was my second LTL Retreat.  Just like the 'summer solstice', something definitely shifted within me, sending me deeper into my practice.  Karma Moffett was the highlight of the retreat for me; and although we were not joined by LTL regular teachers Darshana and Maya in the kitchen, Sequoia Retreat's food was quite good.  I highly recommend taking part in LTL's future retreats if you have the opportunity.  Thank you LTL; peace, love, and happiness." —James

"May the peace and love at these mountains stay with each of us forever.  May also these retreats awaken and fulfill your heart and life." —Tania

"I just wanted to thank you for the amazing retreat.  The quality of the presenters was top notch, and I enjoyed the variety of activities; I enjoyed going from qi gong to vinyasa, then the next day going from kundalini yoga to qi gong (with a quick massage in between).  The restorative yoga was perfect in that I felt safely held by the teacher's presence.  The whole weekend left my body feeling relaxed.  Spiritually I felt elevated & supported by my fellow retreat friends.  The sacred space we created was a wonderful time to just "be", and I never felt the need to be anything but myself.  Actually, everything was perfect.  I also loved the food and the cooking class.  I woke up on Monday morning missing my meditation family.  Thanks for the efforts in creating this community." —Paul

"At the end of the retreat, I felt full of life, love, emotion, and wonderful food.  Thank you again Learning To Listen." —Kristin

"Based on pre-retreat and registration related interactions, I knew the retreat would be unique and it certainly exceeded any preconceived expectations I might have had.  It was both a rejuvenating retreat as well as a challenging spiritual experience, one that expanded body, mind and spirit.  Each teacher contributed something unique and integral to the whole of the weekend, and the wide variety of teachings (tai-chi, yoga, meditation, kundalini, nutrition/nourishment) provided an opportunity to explore and find new places to connect.  My intention in going was to deepen my practice through connecting with others and new experience; since returning, not only has that happened, but I have made more space and time in my life to continue the practices I learned on retreat and to integrate the experience in ways that are both expected and surprising.  I feel blessed to have discovered such a lovely group of people, and I can't wait for the next retreat." —Liane
