Learning To Listen's Donation-Based Yoga Classes

Thank you for your practice of extending the heart to include the needs of others

'Yoga for Everyone: Creating a Culture of Generosity'
Donation-Based offerings find their foundation in the practice of 'dana', the ancient Pali word for generosity.  When offering dana for donation-based classes, please keep in mind that our teachers depend upon your support for their offerings to continue in an uninterrupted manner - your reciprocal generosity is what allows their generosity to continue; the generosity of sharing your practice and also your financial generosity.   In the spirit of support, please be sure to offer dana at the highest level that you are able, as this is what ultimately allows those with less resources to benefit from our classes.  Please note that nearly all of our Weekly Meditations are donation-based as well.  No one will be turned away from any of these offerings for lack of funds.     WEEKLY CLASSES LISTED BELOW

In addition to our regularly scheduled classes, Yoga Mob will also ocassionally offer classes via the 'flash mob' format.  To help folks stay informed of both our ongoing classes and our spur-of-the-moment offerings, we have chosen to employ the following online resources:

"Speaking and listening, we will hear each other's pain.  When we rest in compassion, our attention can easily shift out of self-reference, and this becomes the basis for insight into the nature of the relational mind."
